Stone Cold - Demi Lovato |

The reason I'm reviewing this music video today is because 4th Impact released a cover of this song on their YouTube Channel to celebrate their second anniversary since their audition on The X Factor. I wrote up an article about it for CelebMix. They sang it incredibly, adding harmonies that made their version so unique; however, you can't deny that the original is off the radar. Whoever said that Demi Lovato isn't a good singer, is totally wrong, and this song alone proves it. The video relates and shows her passion for the song. Watch Demi Lovato unleash a whole lot of emotions in this snowy music video for the incredible ballad "Stone Cold".

Demi Lovato continues to prove that she's one of the top female artists around, she brings hit after hit. She is gearing up for the release of her sixth studio album to which "Sorry Not Sorry" is the lead single. That song has been gaining momentum. As for this song, "Stone Cold" was the third and final single from her Confident album, and it didn't chart quite so well. Regardless, it's an unforgettable ballad of a song that the whole world can't get enough of. It was written by Demi Lovato, Lelah Pourkarim, and Gustaf Thörn.

Directed by Patrick Ecclesine, this music video was filmed in Park City, Utah. A pure performance visual, Demi Lovato impresses, easily showing off her emotional song and the power she has.

There's not a lot going on in this visual. The bathtub scene is incredible, with Demi Lovato fully unleashing her emotions for this song. You can really see what this song means to her. We also imagine the bath being ice cold water - or should I say stone cold water? Although, I reckon it was luke-warm water, for sure.

Then we have the snowy mountains scene, showing an uphill climb and her aloneness, which is suggestive in the song. It's a great cold music video that relates to the song well. Yet, it's Demi Lovato's amazing performance vibes that give this simple music video the incredible visual it needs.
